MR. DAVID BRENNAN
David graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Art History, and earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University in 1993. David served as law clerk to the General Counsel and Malvern Workers’ Compensation Judges’ office of the Pennsylvania Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, and was subsequently promoted to Assistant General Counsel to the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. In 1995, he joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman and Goggin in its workers’ compensation department. In 1998, David joined Billet & Connor P.C. in a similar capacity, handling workers’ compensation and general liability matters. In 2001, he established and managed the firm’s Reading, Pennsylvania office for five years until the formation of Brennan & Associates, P.C. in January 2007.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and Berks County Bar Association. He also serves as President of the Board of Directors for Fairview Counseling and The Play Therapy Center and President of the Notre Dame Club of Reading.

David and his wife Therese reside in Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania with their three sons Joseph, Stephen and Andrew.
