MR. SCOTT RIGDON
Scott graduated from Indiana University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology and is a 1999 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Prior to joining Brennan & Associates, P.C., Scott was an Assistant District Attorney in Berks County and a Senior Special Deputy Prosecutor for the York County District Attorney, and has extensive trial experience. Scott worked as an associate with Billet & Connor, P.C. in its Reading, Pennsylvania office for two years handling general civil litigation and workers’ compensation claims before joining Brennan & Associates, P.C. in 2007. Scott practices in the areas of worker’s compensation, general civil litigation, and criminal defense, including DUI (Driving Under the Influence), drug offenses, theft, robbery, burglary and all other criminal matters.
